Anudipti Technologies is a proprietorship business engaged in providing IT, software and digital technology services, including website designing, web application development, mobile application development, e-commerce solutions, ERP/CRM solutions, digital marketing, SEO, business email services, cloud hosting, and ongoing technical maintenance/support.

Our comprehensive portfolio of technology and digital services may include:

• Website Designing & Development: Modern, responsive corporate websites, landing pages, and UI/UX wireframing.
• Web Application Development: Custom cloud web applications, client portals, and scalable database systems.
• Mobile Application Development: Native and cross-platform mobile apps for Android and iOS devices.
• E-Commerce Development: Complete digital storefronts, shopping carts, product catalogs, and payment gateway workflows.
• ERP & CRM Development: Customized enterprise resource planning tools, role-based access management, and business automation.
• Digital Marketing & SEO: Technical on-page/off-page SEO, Google Business Profile (GMB) ranking, and paid ad management.
• Business Email Services: Corporate Google Workspace / Zoho email setups, DNS SPF/DKIM/DMARC authentication.
• Cloud Hosting & AMC: Managed server infrastructure, SSL provisioning, automated daily backups, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).
• Website Maintenance: Speed optimization, code hardening, security monitoring, and regular bug-fix cycles.
• Custom Software Development: Specialized tailor-made business software, RESTful APIs, and webhook automation.
• Other Technology Services: Additional IT solutions as mutually agreed in writing with the customer.

Note on Project Scope: The exact scope, deliverable milestones, and specifications of any project will be strictly governed by the selected plan, quotation, formal proposal, invoice, or mutually agreed project specification document.

All standard plan prices displayed on our website are subject to the specific scope, deliverables, and limits mentioned with the respective framework or service tier.

Custom software engineering and tailor-made projects will be quoted separately based on:

• Detailed technical and functional project requirements
• Number of unique pages, workflows, dynamic models, and modules
• Custom UI/UX design specifications and animations
• Frontend, backend, and database architectural complexity
• Third-party API integrations (SMS, WhatsApp, maps, analytics, etc.)
• Cloud hosting, compute resources, and bandwidth requirements
• Ongoing maintenance, technical support, and SLA levels

Any third-party subscription costs, API credit fees, server licenses, or domain registration charges, where applicable, may be billed separately unless specifically stated as included in the formal quotation.

Payments for our services and products may be processed through available online payment methods, including Razorpay, UPI, Net Banking, Debit/Credit Cards, and official direct bank transfers.

• Milestone Payments: For custom projects, payments are collected according to the milestone schedule agreed upon in the quotation or agreement (typically structured as Advance Kick-off, Staging Build Approval, and Final Live Deployment).
• Scope Boundary: A payment confirmation covers only the agreed deliverables outlined in the respective invoice/proposal and does not automatically include additional feature requests outside the initial scope.
• Taxes: All payments are billed with authentic GST invoices in compliance with Indian taxation regulations.

Project execution and delivery timelines depend on various factors, including:

• Overall technical and workflow complexity of the project
• Clarity of specifications and requirement finalization
• Timely delivery of text content, branding assets, images, and credentials by the customer
• Prompt client feedback, reviews, and stage sign-off approvals
• Third-party service dependencies (e.g. payment gateway approval, SMS DLT registration)
• Scope revisions or new feature requests introduced during active development

Any estimated delivery date communicated is indicative and subject to the customer's timely cooperation, feedback, and milestone approvals.

To ensure successful and timely project execution, the customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date business information, text content, logos, images, and server/domain access credentials required for implementation.
• Ensure and warrant that all content, assets, artwork, trademarks, and materials supplied to Anudipti Technologies do not infringe upon any third-party copyright, trademark, privacy, intellectual property, or legal rights.
• Appoint a designated point of contact with authority to review deliverables and approve milestones.

Any modifications, additions, new module requests, or workflow alterations outside the originally agreed project scope will be treated as Change Requests / Additional Work.

Additional charges and revised delivery timelines for such work will be transparently estimated and communicated to the customer for written approval before undertaking substantial development.

Unless otherwise specified in writing in the applicable agreement or quotation:

• Upon 100% final milestone settlement and project completion, full ownership rights to the customized source code and project assets developed exclusively for the client are transferred to the customer.
• Third-party open-source libraries, frameworks, plugins, fonts, stock assets, and licensed components remain governed by their respective open-source or commercial vendor licenses.
• Anudipti Technologies retains the right to showcase completed non-confidential project designs and public links in its portfolio and marketing case studies unless a formal NDA restricts it.

Where domain registrars, web hosting providers, cloud servers (AWS/DigitalOcean/Hostinger), corporate email suites, payment gateways (Razorpay/Stripe), SMS gateways, map APIs, or other third-party services are integrated:

• Their uptime, service availability, and policies remain subject to the respective third-party providers' service level agreements (SLAs).
• Anudipti Technologies shall not be held liable for temporary service interruptions, network downtime, gateway maintenance, or provider outages beyond our direct operational control.

Customers may submit a formal cancellation request for a service or project subject to our applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy and individual project agreement.

Once project wireframing, development, architecture customization, or resource allocation has substantially commenced, any refundable amount (if applicable) will be evaluated based on the portion of work completed and incurred operational costs.

All refund requests are strictly governed by our official Cancellation & Refund Policy published on this website. Digital services, completed milestones, domain registrations, and third-party license purchases are generally non-refundable once consumed or activated.

Anudipti Technologies will make all diligent and commercially reasonable efforts to deliver robust, secure, and high-performance solutions as agreed.

However, we shall not be held liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, business downtime, lost profits, or data loss caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control—including third-party service outages, server hardware failures, internet disruptions, customer-side credential leaks, or force majeure events.

Our website, software solutions, and infrastructure must not be used for:

• Any unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, or harmful activities prohibited under Indian or international law.
• Distribution of malware, ransomware, spyware, phishing links, or unlicensed copyrighted material.
• Attempting unauthorized access, penetration testing without consent, server overload attacks, or disrupting system integrity.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate services and report activities that violate applicable cybersecurity and IT laws.

We reserve the right to revise, update, or modify these Terms & Conditions at our discretion to reflect regulatory changes, new service offerings, or updated operational standards.

All updated terms will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" timestamp. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
